Well, I guess all those rumors last month about the imminent break up of super cute Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were just that: rumors. The couple seems to be going strong and it has recently been leaked that they are expecting their second child together. But are they?

While there has been no official announcement from the two, a couple of close friends have let it slip that Jennifer is pregnant. Earlier this month, Jennifer’s former Alias costar, Victor Garber was asked in an interview by US magazine if Jennifer was expecting. His answer was short and to the point: “Yes, she is.” But Garber has recently told E! News that his comment was take out of context and he has no idea if she is indeed pregnant. “I haven’t confirmed that at all, no. I know they want to have another child and hopefully that’s true, but I don’t know that. … No, I know that they are hoping to be. I just don’t know that it’s for sure. It’s a very… personal thing.”

Now it seems that director Kevin Smith has added his two cents spilling the beans while chatting to US magazine at a recent Maxim party. The friend and costar of Affleck’s further confirmed the baby rumor. Smith, who directed Affleck in Chasing Amy, Mallrats and Dogma told US magazine that Ben, “came over last week and told me, ‘I’m having another baby!’ I said, ‘Right on!’…”He’s a good dad, man.” Smith also said that now that they are expanding their family, they are in the process of house hunting for a larger home.

All of the baby buzz around Jennifer started when she appeared in some loose fitting blouses, making people wonder if she was concealing a baby bump.

After weeks and weeks of speculation and rumors that Angelina had given birth to her twins, it seems that day is finally here. The twins were born one minute apart on Saturday evening at the Nice hospital were Angelina was admitted a couple of weeks ago. Brad and Angelina have decided to call their newborns Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.

While no one at this time is quite sure where the name Knox Leon comes from, it is believed the little girl was named after Angelina’s mother, actress Marcheline Bertrand, who passed away in 2007 after battling cancer for over 7 years.

According to Angelina’s gynecologist, Dr. Michel Sussmann, all went well during the delivery. “Everything went smoothly. The children are doing very well, the mother is doing very well and the father is doing very well.” Born by cesarean section, Knox Leon weighed five pounds and three ounces, while his sister Vivienne Marcheline was born weighing slightly less at five pounds.

While some fathers to be are anxious, running around and not quite knowing what to do with themselves, this was not the case with Brad.  Sussman says the new father “was very calm and was not at all disturbed…..When the babies arrived he was very euphoric,” while Angelina herself had a “blinding smile.”

As for the cesarean section itself, it was moved ahead for medical reasons and also to ensure that the twins were born “in the best conditions. “in the best conditions.”in the best condition”. There were no problems during the surgery and according to Sussman “Angelina Jolie was speaking, was laughing with her husband. They were happy.”

By all accounts, the couple is tickled pink at the birth of their baby boy and girl. The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, who personally sigend the twins’ birth certificate, had the following to say about the couple. “The father is having one of the happiest moments of his life, like any father, especially when they have the joy of having two children from such a wonderful wife as Angelina Jolie.”

OMG! Did you hear? Ashlee Simpson is PREGGERS! I know! I was as shocked as, well, okay, I wasn’t shocked at all. I didn’t even blink. I was as surprised as when Clay Aitkin came out. Oh, he hasn’t yet? Huh. Guess that non surprise is still waiting to happen. Although it seems his sperm was used to knock up David Foster’s sister. Wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice, but oh well.

Anywho, it seems the newly weds music stars have officially announced that they are expecting a little bundle of joy about three weeks after we all knew.

Many have “speculated”? We all pretty much stopped with the speculation when they tied the knot with no notice in a ceremony performed by Ashlee’s father Joe. (Honestly, just when I think this guy can’t get any creepier). And you just know Papa Joe had a shotgun somewhere near by. It makes perfect sense that you’d want your pregnant daughter to be married before the child is born while at the same time using your other daughters boobs to push her career forward. Nice morals, Daddy Dearest.

So yay, two more ill prepared barely 20 stars have decided that procreating was a nifty idea. And we’ll get to hear every detail until Ashlee pops the kid out. But hey, at least they‘ve guaranteed themselves a spot in the limelight for the next 9 months, something that neither career could guarantee them.
